ATTENDANCE
Classes will not be made up if the client misses a lesson. If the teacher is unable to give a lesson or class, the student may be given the option of taking that lesson at a re-scheduled time within that term.

INSTRUMENTS AND PRACTICE
Harmania requires that all students have a keyboard, full size digital piano or acoustic piano to allow sufficient practice at home. Each student should endeavour to practise a minimum of 15 minutes at least five days a week under parental supervision to progress consistently.

WITHDRAWAL
If a student wishes to withdraw from the school, notice of this must be by email. If there are any remaining lessons to be taken which have already been paid, the school will refund the appropriate amount following written notice of withdrawal.

CHILD SAFETY
Your child’s safety is of paramount importance to us and we ask parents/guardians to ensure that they are present at all times in the room if the student is under 16 years old.

PAYMENT
Payments for the full term must be paid in full on or before the first class to the bank details below. Harmania will not incur the costs for entering students into exams or for books.
